Q&A

What was your favorite book as a child?

My favorite book as a kid was the Junie B. Jones series!

Do you remember the original reason or motivation why you started writing creatively?

I started writing creatively through journaling throughout my teenage years. It was a way to express myself for my eyes only and that blossomed into writing poetry years later.

What was the most adventurous or thrilling thing you ever did/experienced?

The most thrilling thing I’ve ever done was meet Daniel Radcliffe. There’s nothing better than meeting someone you’ve loved as a child and have them be even more of an amazing human being than you thought!

Do you listen to music while reading or writing?

I often listen to classical music while I’m writing. I find that it inspires my work and keeps me focused. I think I write the best when listening to music, there’s something about the way music communicates with us that opens your mind.
